Harley Re-Design

This is the version of Harley Quinn from 's RP with someone else. They agreed that Harley's usual outfit would look kind of awkward next to Heath Ledger Joker. The girl who played Harley had an idea of what she looked like, and I tweaked it just a little bit. Once again, the smileys are where I had face problems. The one on the bottom actually wasn't that bad but it looked really anime, and that pissed me off. Lol
Oh and if you haven't noticed, I've had BatmanBrain all summer.
